Just like with friendship trackers, lankits can level up. Lankits level up by you drawing them. The more you draw them, the more exp they earn, the more they level up. However, unlike friendship trackers, you don't have to draw your lankit interacting with another soot dwarf to earn exp. Just submitting a colored full-body image of your lankit to the group earns exp.

For every colored, full-body deviation of your lankit you submit you earn one exp point for that lankit.

Levels and exp vary lankit to lankit. If you own two or more lankits, you will want to keep track of their exp points separately. If you trade your lankit, the exp for that lankit resets and you will start at level 0 again.

                          When tracking lankit exp, please make a journal and follow this template.

Here are the different levels, rewards, and the experience points needed to reach them:

*When applying doubloons to a deviation, please be sure to state the levels of lankits used. That way, we can moderate doubloon counting easier. 

*It isn't required, but helpful to link proof of your level in the description, such as the journal. 

*Leveling up your lankit is optional! This is just a fun perk for those who want to use it.

Level Zero: 0 experience points

• You do not need to keep track of experience points for this level.

• This is the base level of drawing any official lankit

  • Rewards​

    • +1 doubloon and exp orb for drawing any official full-body lankit​

      • You do not need to draw your soot dwarf in the deviation to get this doubloon

  • You do not need to own the lankit to earn the doubloon

Level One: 1 experience point

  • Rewards​

    • +1 doubloon and exp orb for drawing your soot dwarf interacting with your lankit 

      • both the soot dwarf and lankit must be full-body to earn this bonus​

      • you would earn a total of 4 doubloons and exp orbs for drawing your character interacting with your lankit

    • Your lankit can now learn some new tricks!​

    • More perks to come, such as breeding perks, item drops, and more 

  • You must own the lankit in order to level it up

Level Two: 5 experience points

  • Rewards​

    • +1 doubloon and exp orb for drawing your soot dwarf interacting with your lankit 

      • both the soot dwarf and lankit must be full-body to earn this bonus​

      • you would earn a total of 5 doubloons and exp orbs for drawing your character interacting with your lankit

    • +2 doubloons and exp orbs for drawing your lankit

      • You do not need to draw your soot dwarf in the deviation to get these doubloons​ and exp orbs

      • You must draw a full-body of the lankit to get any doubloons

    • Your lankit can now learn some new tricks!​

Level Three: 15 experience points

• Truly, a soot dwarf's best friend!

  • Rewards​

    • +2 doubloons and exp orbs for drawing your soot dwarf interacting with your lankit 

      • both the soot dwarf and lankit must be full-body to earn this bonus​

      • you would earn a total of 6 doubloons and exp orbs for drawing your character interacting with your lankit

    • +2 doubloons and exp orbs for drawing your lankit

      • You do not need to draw your soot dwarf in the deviation to get these doubloons​ and exp orbs

      • You must draw a full-body of the lankit to get any doubloons

    • Your lankit can now learn some new tricks!​
